William D. Chilton (MArch '80), is a principal of the firm Pickard Chilton, which the Connecticut Business News Journal named Innovator of the Year for 2011/2012. Center for Sustainable Building Research Launches CommercialWindows.org

Today, the Center for Sustainable Research (CSBR), in conjunction with the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL), the Alliance to Save Energy and the U.S. Department of Energy, officially launched www.CommercialWindows.org – a state-of-the-art website that provides critical information and performance data on the energy efficiency, interior environment, and technical considerations that influence commercial window design decisions. According to LBNL research, it is estimated that windows are responsible for 39% of commercial heating energy use and 28% of commercial cooling energy use – almost 1.5% of all total U.S. energy consumed. Jennifer Gilhoi Joins RSP Architects' Communications Team

Jennifer Gilhoi, one of two new Associates at RSP architects, previously worked for the American Institute of Architects Minnesota. At AIA, Golhoi served as a member and liaison for numerous AIA Minnesota initiatives communicating the value of architecture to the public. She also acted as a liaison to the University of Minnesota College of Design.At RSP Gilhoi will provide direction and support in managing RSP's corporate brand.
